茶叶生产废料中茶多酚提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用溶剂萃取法和离子沉淀法(Zn2+)相结合的提取工艺,分别进行单因素实验和正交实验,从乙醇浓度、原料粉碎粒度、浸提温度、浸提次数、料液比、浸提时间等方面探讨了提取工艺的参数。得出提取的最佳条件:乙醇浓度20%、40目、浸提温度70℃、浸提1次、料液比1:20、浸提时间15 min。

Abstract:This paper presents the solvent extraction method and ions precipitation method(Zn2+) for the distillation of tea polyphenol.The authors use single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment separately,and discuss the best distilling technical parameters,such as enthanol concentration,grinding granularity,temperature of extraction,times of extraction,ratio of material to solvent and extraction time.At last,the best conditions of extraction are attained as follows: enthanol concentration is 20%,grinding gra...
