车削用微进给刀架设计

摘    要:介绍了一种以PZT作动器为动力源,双平行弹性铰链为弹性变形元件的新型微进给刀架的设计理论及设计计算方法。以已知微进给刀架的输出位移作为前提条件,提出PZT作动器选型的理论依据和弹性铰链的有效刚度计算方法,进而进行了弹性铰链结构设计、微进给刀架系统刚度计算及刀架模态分析。利用有限元软件及实验对设计理论及设计计算方法进行了必要的验证;并作为刀架设计方法的一部分,通过实验对微进给刀架的实际性能参数进行了测量,同时测量数据验证了方法的可靠性。

Abstract:The design theory and design calculation method of a new type of micro-feeding tool holder(MFTH),driven by PZT and taking double parallel four-bar flexure hinges as elastic deforming component,are presented.On the precondition that output distance of MFTH is known,theoretic reference of PZT actuator selection and calculation method of equivalent stiffness of flexure hinges are put forward.Furthermore,structure design of flexure hinges,system stiffness calculation of MFTH and modal analysis of tool holder are carried out.By utilizing FEA application and experiments,design theory and design calculation method is tested.As part of design method of tool holder,practical performance parameters are measured by experiments and the measured data demonstrates the reliability of this method.
