双河油田压裂薄夹层厚度的选择

摘    要:双河油田已进入高含水开采阶段,由于非均质影响,纵向上潜力层与高含水强淹层交错存在,且夹层较薄,压裂易导致水窜,是压裂选井选层优化设计的难点。针对这一问题,在定性研究既定地质条件下薄夹层的遮挡作用基础上,结合现场试验数据,研究了控制缝高过度延伸的最小夹层厚度。认为在4m3/min施工排量下,纯泥岩夹层的最小遮挡厚度为3.0 m,初步作出了压裂薄夹层厚度选择图版。该研究拓宽了老井压裂选井选层的范围,对老区油层改造具有重要意义。

Abstract:Shuanghe Oilfield has already came into high water cut stage, serious Heterogeneity, inter-exists of potential zone and strong flooded portion in vertical, thin interbed, and easy breakthrough of water, all these problems cause it difficult to selection wells and layers during fracturing. Based on qualitative research of thin interbed barrier in situ-geological condition, combined with field data, we studied the minimum interbed thickness in controlling excessive extend of fracture, and educed that: at 4 m 3/min displacement, the minimum thickness of barrier of pure mud interbed is 3.0 m, and figures have been drawn out to select interbed thickness. Our research has extended ranges of selecting wells and layers during fracturing, which is very useful for the reconstruction of old oilfield.
