| Abstract: | This paper presented mainly compositions and phase structures of composite Ni Al wire and prealloyed Ni Al wire and their coatings Related properties such as bond strength, microhardness of two coatings were evaluated Self bonding mechanism of two coatings were analysised In addition, the amount and the cost of consumed wires for spraying per square meter were estimated The substrates with self bonding adapted to two undercoat materials were introduced The spraying equipments for two wires were also suggested |
