| 摘 要： | 近年来的电荒对经济、社会产生了巨大影响．从当今电荒的表现及影响着手,分析了电荒产生的原因,探讨了克服电荒的几种策略,进而指出,避免电荒再现的策略除了增加投资外,还应深化电力改革． |

| Abstract: | "Electric scarcity " has produced huge influence on social and economic development in these years.This paper first presents the problems of "Electric scarcity ",and lists a series of causes,then discusses some tactics to avoid it.Accordingly,it suggests that we should solve the problems not only by increasing investment ,but also by deepening the reforms of power industries. |
