摘    要:通过测量冷酸轧机钢带生产线上轴承在异常情况下的振动速度,在振动异常原因不明的情况下,对振动信号进行了频谱分析.同时与轴承外圈、内圈与滚动体特征频率的计算结果相结合,判断出故障的原因以及部位.经过停机检查后,确认测点4处轴承外圈严重点蚀.从而说明频谱分析结果的正确性.

Abstract:By measuring vibration speed of bearing of the cold acid rolling mill production line in the abnormal circumstances, under vibration anomalies unexplained conditions, the vibration signal spectrum was analyzed. At the same time it was combined with the characteristic frequency of bearing outer ring and the inner ring and rolling. The causes and failure location were found. After the cold acid rolling mill production line was closed, severe points corrosion of bearing outer ring was confirmed in the measuring point four by inspection. Thus the spectrum analysis results is correct.
