直缝焊管成型机组的力能参数研究

摘    要:本文根据弹塑性弯曲变形的原理,分析了各直缝焊管成型机座的变形过程,从而提出了确定其力能参数的计算方法。又根据无限长管局部均布受压的物理模型,导出按定经量及弹复量确定钢管定径尺寸以及万能参数的计算方法。最后,按静负载和动负载,并参考电动机控制系统的完善情况,确定所选电动机的功率。带钢弯曲成型和定径是生产电焊钢管的主要工序。认识和了解网管弯曲成型的过程及其力能参数计算,对于进行电焊钢管成型机组的设备设地和挖掘生产潜力,有一定的现实意义。然而国内外在这方面的研究甚少,致使我们在设计时,深感资料缺乏。已查到的各种成型力计算,其计算结果相互间差距很大,难于以之作为根据。作者在国内外学者所进行的基本理论分析基础上,提出了直缝管成型机组力能参数计算方法,并进行了大量实验研究,确认两者之间是相当符合的。下面是我们的研究结果。

Abstract:According to the priinciple of elastic-plastic bending deformation, this paper has analyzed the bending deformation process in the longittudinal seam welding tube forming machine, and thus, has proposed a calculation methodfor determining the parameter of the load and the moment. And by applying the physical model of the infinitive length tube submitted to locally uniformly distributed external compression, the darived calculation method for deter mining the sized tube gage, the load and the momeut with consideration of the sizing tube gage decremnt and the elastie restoration will be obtained. Finally,taking account of the static and dynamic load and considering what the electrical control system is, we can satisfactorily select out the required motor.
