摘    要:本文通过对桨叶的作用力分析,得出设计桨叶的原则。又通过空气动力理论与数学分析,推导出桨叶翼型的最佳攻角原理;应用此原理,从而保证了桨叶的最佳空气动力工作状态——即设计风速下的最大功率。说明了用手算的方法实例。同时也列出了用电子计算机(DJS-21)按不同节径,用文献(3)中的39种翼型,按此原理,用Spline(样条)函数插值求导,优选设计算出的结果曲线图。并与实物机组进行了比较,从而证明了此方法的优越性与实用性。

Abstract:A design principle of propellers was obtained in this paper based on the analysis of the forces. The optimum attack angle principle for the profiles of the propeller was derived from theory of aerodynamics and analysis of mathematics; In the application of this principle the optimum operation condition, 1.e-the maximum power at design wind speed, from stand point of aerodynamics can be guaranteed. A hand calculation method is also described here for a practical example. At the same time time using this principle to 39 profiles in reference ( 3 ) the results of optimum design were shown in figures in this paper with Spline function for the different nodal diameters. A comparision between the results and those of practical unit was made so as to verify the advantage and practicability of this method.
