合金钢高温回火脆性的一种新机制

摘    要:本文用中碳低谷合金钢进行了冲击韧性试验,低频内耗测定,透射电镜及扫描电镜分析。结果表明,这几种钢高温回火脆的出现总是伴随着Koster峰高的明显下降。本文提出了回火脆性的一种新的机制,认为高温回火脆的产生系由α固溶体的时效所引起,沉淀出细小的Fe 3c(N)质点对位错的强钉扎作用而使韧性下降。而Mo的抑制脆性的作用则是由于Mo与c(N)原子有较强的亲和力,从而阻止时效过程的发生。

Abstract:Impact toughness tests, low frequency internal friction measurements, TEM and SEM structural analyses were carried out on a series of medium carbon, low alloy steels. Experimental results indicate that the high temperature (reversible) temper embrittlement is considered as the result of the aging effect ofα-solid solution causing dead-pinning of dislocations by precipitated ultrafine Fe3C (N) particles. The beneficial effect of molybde aum in diminishing this embrittlement lies in the prevention of the aging processes by its strong affinity to C (N) atoms.
