双列叶栅扩压器在增压器上的应用

摘    要:本文通过在45GP130增压器上(用于海拔3600米高原内燃机车上高压比增压器,设计工况时的压比=3.5,流量=3.5公斤/秒)的两个不同叶轮K 1,K 2与机翼形双列叶栅扩压器和单列三角形扩压器进行了匹配试验,从试验特性曲线看出:双列扩压器明显地改善了离心压气机性能;不但等转速线平坦,加宽了流量范围,而对应点的压比,效率均高,高效区比单列扩压器宽度。试验结果证明,双列优于单列。

Abstract:This paper deals with tests on Double Row Cascade diffuser mounted on the 45GP130 high Pressure ratio tunbocharger used for diesel locomotive at 3600m above the level of sea (design condition: Pressure ratio = 3.5: l; mass flow = 3.5kg/s. ) Two different impellers K1 and K2 are used alternately in the compressor for various matching tests. Out of theese tests optimum performance is chosen to compare with the result of test on single row triangular diffuser and comparative characteristic curves of the compressors are plotted, from which the advantage of the double row cascade diffuser is apparently manifested. In addition, the design principles and choice of parameters of the double row cascade diffuser are also presented.
