滇西北背靠背直流工程研究

摘    要:滇西北地区小水电云集,距主网电气距离远,动态稳定问题突出。文章对直流背靠背工程在滇西电网应用的可行性进行初步研究,针对滇西北电网存在的问题,提出剑川直流背靠背方案,从动态稳定性、滇西水电外送能力、剑川直流背靠背故障对电网影响、投资回收年限等进行分析,结果表明剑川背靠背方案具有较好的技术经济性,可为云南电网的输电规划提供新的思路和依据。

Abstract:Study on the BacktoBack HVDC Lots of small hydropower stations gather in the northwest of Yunnan province, where are far from Yunnan main power grid in electric distance, therefore dynamic stability in this area is serious. In this paper, the feasibility of HVDV backtoback project applied to Western Yunnan Power Grid is studied. Based on the existing problems of Western Yunnan Power Grid, Jianchuan HVDC backtoback scheme is presented. And several aspects are analyzed including dynamic stability, delivery capabilities of western Yunnan hydropower, impact on power grid if Jianchuan HVDC backtoback faulted, and investment recovery period. The results show that the Jianchuan HVDC backtoback scheme behaves good technological economy, and thus brings up new trains of thought for the Yunnan Power Grid's transmission programming.
