螺旋轴流式混输泵导叶水力设计的一种选型方法

摘    要:叶片泵在输送气液两相混合介质时,其扬程和效率与输送纯液体相比,有不同程度的降低,降低的程度与气泡群在叶轮内的滞留状况密切相关。现文推荐一种实用的泵导叶水力设计的选型方法。该方法将含气率α、增压Δp和气液混输泵综合性能指标λ作为选型的3个综合考虑依据,其原则是保证泵即使在高含气比下仍有较强的增压能力。按此方法对6组导叶设计方案进行了选型,最后综合评价增压单元内的叶轮和导叶,得到6组增压方案。

Abstract:While boosting gas-liquid two-phase fluids,a helico-axial pump is subjected to be degraded in performance including efficiency and head.The degradation is mainly due to the gather of gas inside pump.In order to increase limitation of gas delayed inside pump and the boosting potential of pump,an optimal design method has been developed based on the available analytical model for a gas-liquid two-phase pump in the present study.In this method,gas volume factor α,pressure gain Δp and the integrated index λ are recommended as major criteria of optimal hydraulic design of the diffuser of multiphase pumps.For the design of helico-axial booster-pump diffuser,as an example,it is convenient to select the best one among the designed rectifiers using the present optimal design method.
