焊接或切割过程动态参数的微机测试系统

摘    要:介绍了用IBM-PC80386DX微机建立的焊接或切割过程动态参数的测试系统。试验表明,用该测试系统能快速、方便、准确地获得焊接或切割过程的多种动态参数,并对其进行统计分析,这一系统的建立为评定焊接或切割电源的电特性及设备参数、材料、工艺参数对电弧稳定性的影响提供了重要的分析手段。

Abstract:In this paper,a testing system based on IBM- PC386 DX microcomputer set up for measuring the dynamic parameters in the welding or cutting process is introduced. Test results show that the system can rapidly,conveniently and reliably detect the many dy- namic parameters in welding or cutting process,and can make a statistic analysis for these parameters.This system provides an important analysis means for the analysis of the influ- ence of the electric properies of the welding or cutting power,the equipment parameters, materials and process parameters on the stability of the electric arc.
