| 摘 要： | 介绍了美欧电网智能化技术的发展状况、对智能电网概念及内涵的各种解释、美欧国家对智能电网的认识及建设思路和我国国家电网公司对建设坚强智能电网的认识及初步规划,对关于智能电网的各种认识和观点进行了讨论,认为智能电网是输配电技术领域的必然发展方向,各个国家可以根据自己的资源分布情况、电网结构、用户需要对智能电网的建设做出科学合理的规划,同时认为智能电网的内涵是随着经济发展和科学技术进步在不断发展的。
