| 摘 要： | 为了提高连铸生产过程的质量控制水平，加强铸坯品质的跟踪和管理，在过程控制计算机上建立品质异常把握模型。模型能实现对异常坯的自动判别，指导铸坯切断与精整作业，并对铸坯品质信息进行存储、统计与解析。文章主要介绍宝钢三期板坯连铸的计算机品质管理技术。 |

| Abstract: | The abnormal quality model has been set up on the base of the process control computer system so as to increase the quality control and the management over the slab continous casting.The model can automatically recognize abnormal slabs and show how to cut and handle them.Moreover,the slab quality information can be stored and statistically analyzed by the computer model.Baosteel's quality management technology by computer for slab continuous casting is mainly introduced. |
