摘    要:采用N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAM)为交联剂,以Iragure 184为光引发剂,利用紫外光引发聚合的方法制备了聚(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)/膨润土高吸水性复合材料.研究了膨润土用量、光引发剂、交联剂、中和度等因素对吸水性能的影响,并用红外吸收光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了复合材料的结构和形态.

Abstract:In this paper, super-absorbent composite based on bentonite and poly (acrylic acid-co-acrylamide) was prepared by UV photopolymerization by using N, N- methylene-bis-acrylamide and Iragure 184 as crosslinker and photoinitiator respectively. The influences of the amount of bentonite, photoinitiator, crosslinking agent and the degree of neutralization for the composite were investigated. The morphology of super-absorbent composite was investigated by using FTIR and SEM.
