硼砂型渗剂的试制

摘    要:对Na2B407、Al粉、Si-Fe粉、碳粉、Na2SiF6、Re-Mg、Na2CO3、Al2O3、Na2S2O3、SIC、Si-Ca粉、尿素等用正交试验法优选出硼砂型渗硼剂进行渗硼处理工艺的最佳成分配比设计;研究了渗剂配制及渗硼处理诸因素,如工业硼砂脱水完全性、还原剂的还原能力、混料的均匀性、处理温度、时间等对渗硼层质量(渗层深度、致密性、表层脱碳、表面光洁度、过渡区深度及硬度等)的影响,实现了优质无粘结渗硼.

Development of Borax Boronizing Agent

Abstract:Using the method of orthogonal experiment in the boronning procesing, theeptimum proportion and compositions of the borax boronning agent have been selectedfrom different components, such as borax, Al, St-Fe, C, Na2SiF6, Re-Mg,Na2CO3, Al2O, Na2S2O3, SiC, Si-Ca, and urea, etc. This paper has also discussedthe affecting factors in the preparation and boronning processing of borax boronizingagent, such as the completeness of dehydrating borax, the reducibility of reductants,the uniformity of mixing different compositions, the processing tempreture time, whichare related to the boronizing qualities, such as the depth and the density of boronizedlayer, the surface decarburization, the surface finish, the depth of transition layer andthe hardness, etc. Finally, the high quality boronning has been achieved without adhesion of the agent on the sample.
