摘    要:针对油田在用的16SGT-MH6型注气压缩机的工作原理及特点,提出并讨论了利用振动频谱分析技术来提取压缩机故障特征的方法,采集关键部件的振动信号作为原始信号,利用智能诊断系统进行数据分析与处理,实现对压缩机的状态监测与故障诊断.该技术已在塔里木油田分公司所属作业区应用42台次,故障诊断准确率达85%左右.

Abstract:The method with the art of vibrating spectral analysis to get characters of compressor fault is brought up and discussed, which is according to the working principle and character of 16SGT-MH6 refrigerator compressor used in oil field. Firstly it gathers vibrating signals in pivotal parts, and these signals will be used as original signals. Then we will analyze and dispose these datas specially with intelligent system of fault diagnosis. Consequently we achieve the result of estate inspection and fault diagnosis of the compressor. The method has been applied 42 times in workstations of Talimu oil field, and the nicety rate reaches 85%.
