| 摘 要： | 通过对维也纳博物馆区城市再生项目中各种文化策略之间博弈的分析,阐述了化解其中矛盾的关键因素。采用过程研究方法,将项目中运用的文化策略分解为遗产保护、城市复兴和文化产业,并提炼了文化策略之间的冲突,最后总结了项目的结果如何在博弈中取得平衡,这些关键因素包括:开放的运营和决策结构、合适的投资者和资金渠道、选择合适的使用者等。
