板式换热器板片的失效分析

摘    要:通过垢层电子探针成分分析和金相分析 ,发现板式换热器板片失效的主要原因是由于换热器介质中含有Cl-、S2 -而导致点腐蚀穿孔。并据此提出严格控制磺酸钠溶液的碱度以防止板片失效或采用钛材作为板式换热器以增加材料的耐蚀性的措施。

Abstract:Failure analysis of heat transfer plates in a plate-type heat exchanger was performed. It is concluded that the pitting corrosion of the plates is caused by Cl - and S 2- in the medium. Failure prevention methods were accordingly proposed.
