油制气控制系统故障诊断技术

摘    要:以油制气控制系统为背景 ,对控制系统故障诊断技术进行了研究 ,提出了一种基于信号迭加的故障诊断新方法 ,并运用该方法研制出油制气装置故障诊断系统。该系统能准确地诊断出油制气控制系统故障的位置和部件 ,显示故障信息和处理方法。

Abstract:The fault diagnosis technology of control system , based on control system of oil making gas was investigated. The author puts forward a new method of fault diagnosis of superimposed signal and has developed a fault diagnosis system by oil making gas equipment . The system can diagnose its position and components exactly , and display fault information and disposal of method.
