湘钢宽厚板2^#线步进梁式加热炉的优化设计

摘    要:通过研究湘钢宽厚板厂1^#线步进梁式加热炉在生产中出现的加热质量、设备寿命、能源消耗等问题,在宽厚板2^#线加热炉的工程设计中,有针对性的对原步进梁式板坯加热炉存在的设计缺陷进行了大胆的设计改进,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the arisen problems in production for the walking beam reheated furnace in heavy plate mill 1# at Xianggang,for instance,heating quality,equipment life,energy sources consumption etc.In the design of the walking beam reheated furnace of heavy plate mill 2#,by adopting feasible measures,design defects of the walking beam reheated furnace in heavy plate mill 1# were modified,and obvious effects were acquired.
