| 摘 要： | “CE”是欧洲联盟(欧盟)推行在产品上加贴以示符合欧盟有关安全法律和EN(欧洲标准代号)标准要求,以保障人身设备安全的一种永久性标志。产品上有了这个标志,就能去欧盟市场上自由流通与销售。 欧盟为了实现在欧洲地区无内部边界的自由贸易目的,早在50年代在罗马召开了会议,并签订了罗马条约,作为后来指导制订有关法律、法规、指令的依据。89/392/EEC是在1989年通过的《关于统一各成员国有关机械的法律指令》,并于1995年1月1日起强制实施。因此从1995年1月1日起凡是进入欧盟市场的机

| Abstract: | A product attached with CE mark show that the product conforms to the safety laws and regulations of CECIMO and requirements of EN standards and safety of operators and equipement can be ensured. From 1 Jan., 1995, the machine tool products sold to the countries as member of CECIMO must be attached with CE mark. The enterprises in China should overcome 4 wrong ideas to CE mark works. The article points out that based on the policies for actively applying international standards and foreign advanced standards, China has steply transfered the CE standards into state standards. And the "Working Instruction for Attaching CE Mark of CECIMO" and a corpus of related materials have been published by CMTBA. |
