| 摘 要： | 在当今信息化社会中，各行各业都在朝着信息化的方向加速发展，并产生了良好的社会效果和经济效益。实践证明，通过构建计算机辅助司法（CAJ）可以大大加快和推进司法信息化进程，提高司法系统管理水平和工作效率，逐步实现和完善司法信息化是社会信息化的必然要采和产物。

| Abstract: | In the information society today, all professions are developing to the information, and achieves good effects for the society and economy. The practice proves that the process of judicial information can be greatly improved by computer aided judicature, it enhances the management level and work efficiency for the judicature profession. It is the basic demands that the judicial information implemented gradually is the society information. |
