内燃机车智能油耗监测管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前铁路系统油耗管理的严重不足,设计了一种全新的内燃机车智能油耗监测管理系统;该系统由随车油路监测子系统和地面微机管理子系统组成;随车油路监测子系统以DSP处理器为运算控制处理单元,采用数字锁相环技术对流量计信号进行处理,能够及时反映燃油的变化情况;地面微机管理子系统以转存的数据为依据,重现燃油的消耗情况;实际应用情况表明该系统具有相当高的精确度和及时度,客观反映铁路各部门的运行状态,对降低铁路运行成本有积极意义.

Abstract:At present the oil consumption management of railway system has so many shortages that designing a bran-new system-the intelligent oil consumption monitoring and management system for the diesel locomotives. The system makes up of monitoring subsystem, of the oil route with running locomotives and managing subsystem of the ground microcomputer. Monitoring subsystem of the oil route with running locomotives uses the DSP as the system operation control unit and adopts the Digital PLL technique dealing with the flow meter signal which can timely reflect the oil changing instance. Managing subsystem of the ground microcomputer bases on the movement data which can recur the oil consuming instance. The all system has very high accuracy and timely by fact application which objectively reflects the rail- way sector operations and has a positive significance on lowering the cost of the railway.
