摘    要:以平板状SiO2凝胶为实验物料,送行了有、无电介质内核的微波冷冻干燥的对比实验研究。电介质内核采用铁氧体胶板类吸波材料。实验结果表明,具有电介质内核的微波冷冻干燥可以大大缩短干燥时间,有效降低干燥过程的能耗。

Abstract:Experimental studies were carried out to validate the accelerated effects of adding dielectric cores in microwave freeze-drying. Comparisons were made by freeze-drying two identical porous media under microwave radiation with and without tabular dielectric cores. Frozen tabular silica gels were used as porous media and the tabular ferrite microwave absorbing materials were used as dielectric cores. The experimental results show that the drying times can be significantly shorten and energy consumption can be reduced by using the tabular dielectric cores.
