串联磁路结构混合式直线磁阻电机的推力特性

摘    要:提出了一种新型串联磁路结构混合式直线磁阻电机的方案。在分析该电机磁路特点的基础上,通过线性解析,定量分析了该电机的电磁推力特性,并对样机进行了实验测试,表明该种结构的直线电机具有较高的推力体积比。通过合理设计电机的电磁参数及结构参数,不但可以提高电机的电磁推力,而且可以降低电机的体积和重量,提高驱动系统的响应特性。

Abstract:A novel hybrid linear reluctance motor with series magnetic circuit was presented in this paper.On the basis of the analysis of the magnetic circuit of the motor and using the method of linear analyzing,the thrust characteristic was obtained.Experiments for the prototype indicate that the novel linear motor has bigger thrust force per volume.Further more through optimizing design of the electromagnetic parameter and structural parameter,the motor can obtain higher output trust,lower volume and weight and faster system response characteristic.
