基于遗传算法的铺布与裁剪过程的优化调度

摘    要:遗传算法现已运用于服装生产的调度和负荷平衡问题,但这些研究只限于服装缝制生产线的调度。利用遗传算法可进行铺布与裁剪服装生产系统过程的优化调度。算法中的染色体用实数串来表达;采用位串的交叉和变异方法,较好地解决了算法的早熟问题。结果表明,遗传算法能有效地解决铺布与裁剪服装生产过程的优化调度问题。

Abstract:Genetic algorithm(GA) have recently been applied to the scheduling and line balancing problems in garment manufacturing.However,these applications have been limited to sewing operations.This paper presented a fabric spreading and cutting sequencing(SCS) model using GA to solve the sequencing problem of the computerized cutting system used in the garment industry.Chromosome was expressed in real number string in the algorithm.Bit string of mutation and crossover were employed in the operation.The results obtained by comparing the actual production cycle and the proposed model using GA indicate that GA is an appropriate and effective technique to solve the problem of sequencing optimization of fabric spreading and cutting in garment making.
