摘    要:为了提高地下矿层的采收率,江苏芒硝矿开采应用了连通水平井技术,即钻一口水平井与另一口生产井(一般为直井)连通,使整个水平段在矿层底部穿过,将套管下至矿层顶部有效的位置,从而实现一口井注水,另一口井生产矿层溶解液。这种开采方式不用下中心管,大大提高了地下矿层的溶解度,可以连续生产,提高了综合经济效益。在分析连通水平井钻井技术难点的基础上,详细介绍了连通水平井工程设计和井眼轨迹控制技术,并给出了判断井眼连通的几种地面显示。

Abstract:In order to improve recovery of underground minerals, interconnecting horizontal wells techniques have been used in Jiangsu province. Interconnecting horizontal wells refers to connecting a horizontal well with another vertical well. The whole horizontal section passes the bottom of mine. The casing strings can be put to the effective location above the mine so that one well can inject water and another well produces mine-dissolved liquid. This method does not require the center pipe and significantly improves the mineral dissolvability. It can produce continuously and increase the comprehensive economic efficiency. Based on the analysis of the key technical challenges, this paper introduces the design of interconnecting horizontal well and the wellbore trajectory control technique and provides the surface display to determine the wellbore interconnectivity.
