摘    要:建立了汽车发动机排气歧管罩的几何模型和有限元模型,然后进行模态分析,并通过实验验证了有限元模型的正确性.对排气歧管罩进行了谐响应分析,判断出排气歧管罩的自由边对噪声辐射的影响最大,并针对此提出了相应的改进措施.改进后的降噪效果较明显.

Abstract:This paper establishes geometric models and finite element models of a car engine exhaust manifold cover, carries out modal analysis, verifies the correctness of the finite element model, analyzes the harmonic response of the manifold cover, determines that the free edges of the manifold cover affects the noise radiation most, and provides the corresponding measures of improvement. Results show that the noise decreases significantly after the improvement.
