| 摘 要： | 以SiC微粉为主要原料，添加适量氧化物复合烧结助剂在相对低的温度下烧结制成性能优良的精细SiC复相陶瓷材料，能满足耐磨陶瓷部件、机械密封件的使用要求，生产成本低，具有较强的实用价值。
