| 摘 要： | 从新疆油田对采油工种的职业培训需求出发，本着职业技能培训与鉴定相结合、实训装备的硬件与技能训练仿真软件相结合的思想，对采油仿真培训系统设计进行了深入的研究，并实现了该系统。首先分析了采油仿真培训系统的总体结构，详细讨论了注采模拟培训系统、油田生产动态管理模拟培训系统、技能鉴定与培训考核系统、采油自动化仿真培训系统的功能，最后给出软件系统的实现。本系统实现多媒体教学课件用于采油工程培训、利用采油自动化仿真模拟软件实现操作技能培训，满足了油田生产培训现代化的需要。
