HZSM-5沸石上苯与乙醇烷基化合成乙苯

摘    要:研究了硅铝比为25,38,50的HZSM-5沸石及纳米HZSM-5、硼改性后的HZSM-5对工业焦化苯与乙醇烷基化合成乙苯的活性、选择性及脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,较低硅铝比的沸石活性高,脱硫效果好。纳米HZSM-5和B-HZSM-5具有更高的活性和乙苯选择性,较低的失活速率。

Abstract:HZSM-5 zelolites with different Si/Al ratios(25,38,50),nano-scale HZSM-5,and the modified HZSM-5 were used in the synthesis of ethylbenzene by the alkylation of benzene with ethanol.And the activity,selectivity and desulphurization effect of the zeolites were studied.The results show that the lower the Si/Al ratio the higher the activity,and the better the desulphurization effect.The nano-scale HZSM-5 and B-HZSM-5 have higher activity,selectivity and longer operation life.
