| 摘 要： | 根据蒸煮工艺要求，研究开发了基于DCS结构的蒸球蒸煮自控系统。该系统采用上、下二层结构，层间采用RS-485通讯，结构简单、风险分散、经济实用。实际应用表明，系纯运行稳定可靠,起到了稳定蒸煮质量、平衡用汽负荷、提供管理信息等作用。

| Abstract: | According to the request of cooking technique, this article discusses the control system of pulp-braising of braising-ball which is based on the DCS. This system includes up-down two groups,whose structure is brief, which disperses hazards and is economical. The RS- 485 is proved in the application that this system is running well. This system stabilizes the cooking quality, balances the quantity of using steam, and provides running information for manger. |
