钛合金棒料加工开裂原因分析

摘    要:使用扫描电镜、光学显微镜以及X射线能谱仪等仪器对加工成型过程中钛合金棒料的开裂件进行了检测分析。结果表明,开裂是在热处理之前产生的,开裂原因是棒料中存在的一些微小二次裂纹和析出的脆性第二相破坏了金属基体的连接强度,在机加工产生的残余应力作用下,引起了工件裂纹的扩展。

Abstract:Titanium alloy bar was analysis by means of scanning electron microscope, optical microscope and X radial energy spectrometer. The results showed that cracking is produced before the heat treatment. The reason of cracking was that some little secondary crack and separating out brittleness secondly phase destroyed the continuum intension. On the effect of the residual stress producing by machine process, the cracking was expanded.
