| 摘 要： | 干部是企业的管理者,手中或多或少都握有一定的权力。随着企业的不断发展,生产经营管理中也出现了各种新问题、新情况,但由于企业制度不健全、干部考核流于形式等原因,企业对干部缺乏有效监督或约束,造成干部队伍中的腐败行为时有发生,如何对干部手中的权力进行有效的监督,以保证企业和谐有序发展,是我们要认真思考的问题。

| Abstract: | Cadres are the managers of enterprise who hold somewhat power in their hands.With constant development of enterprise,there appear various new problems and situations in operation management.Because of its uncompleted system and mere modality of cadres＇checking,enterprise is lack of effective monitoring on them,causing occasional occurring of corruption in rank of cadres.How to implement effective supervision and management on their power for ensuring harmonious enterprise advance orderly is worth pondering over. |
