摘    要:2 0 0 2年 2月 1 9日 ,上海 5 0 0 k V南桥变电站由于站内监控系统 P1 3故障 ,导致断路器频繁分合闸 ,且造成线路和变压器保护跳闸 ,最终出现杨高 2 2 0 k V系统与 5 0 0 k V系统解列、南桥 5 0 0 k V系统通过一回 5 0 0k V线路与系统相联的异常事故。通过故障录波文件 ,并结合现场试验 ,对“2 .1 9”事故的整个过程中继电保护的动作行为进行了分析 ,为事故分析和总结提供了重要依据

Abstract:A serious fault was occurred in Shanghai Nanqiao Substation on Feb.19,2002 due to a monitoring system failure of P13 station,which caused a frequent close/open actions of circuit breakers and tripping of line and transformer protection relays,then finally the step out of Yanggao 220 kV system and the 500 kVsystem.With the fault recording document of the oscillograph and field test,an analysis was carried out on relay protection action during the accident process to provide important evident for failure analysis.
