垂直上向深大孔装药试验研究

摘    要:孔径110mm的上向深孔的装药不同于中深孔装药,其孔径大,深度也大。通过对炸药射流的理论分析,提出通过改装装药器、加粗装药管管径、提高装药罐内风压、选用合适的炸药,来解决垂直上向深大孔装药的问题。通过现场生产试验,取得了较为满意的效果。

Abstract:Compared with medium to long holes, charging into 110mm upward long holes would be more difficult because the holes are very deep and big. After analyzing the theory of explosive jet efflux, problems with the charging of upward long holes are tackled through modifying the charger, thickening the charging hose, raising the pneumatic pressure inside the explosive tank, selecting appropriate explosive. Field tests show that these measures are very effective.
