基于曲面拟合调速型液力偶合器力矩特性数学模型的研究

摘    要:建立调速型液力偶合器力矩特性数学模型是分析和计算机械系统动态响应的关键。提出了建立调速型液力偶合器力矩特性数学模型的原理并构建了包括工作机构在内的整个系统的原理图。根据已知的力矩特性曲线,分析了利用双三次曲面拟合来创建传动系统所有工况点数据的原理和方法。利用Matlab软件构造了YOTGC调速型液力偶合器力矩系数的三维数据面,拟合结果与原数据相一致。该方法有效地解决了根据有限数据或曲线求解相同范围内的所有工况点数据的难题。

Abstract:Establishment of torque mathematic model for a variable speed turbo coupling is the key for analysis and calculation of system dynamic response. The principles building torque mathematic model were put forward and the calculation chart of the whole system including operational machine was drawn. According to known torque curves, the principles and methods for establishing all data in each operation of the driving system was discussed by the theory of 3-dimension fitting. With MATLAB, 3-dimension fitting curved surfaces of torque coefficients for a variable hydraulic coupling YOT GC are drawn. The fitting results are in good agreement to the original data. This method solves effectively how to calculate all operation data with the finite data or curves in a certain area.
