自装饰复合硅酸盐外墙保温板的研制

摘    要:根据自装饰复合硅酸盐外墙保温板的结构与设计原理,研究了复合保温板的物理性能和保温性能,试验结果表明,对同一外墙主体进行外保温时,在不增加外墙总厚度的基础上,保温板的平均传热系数比胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温体系减小25%以上,该复合保温板的表观密度、压缩强度和不透水性均达到或超过JG158—2004《胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统》中对相关指标的要求。该复合保温板简化了施工工艺。

Abstract:According to structure and design principle of self-ornamental composite silicate panel for exterior wall thermal insulation, the physical property and thermal insulation of composite thermal insulation panel have been studied. The experiment result indicates: When thermal insulation is made outside the same exterior wall, the average heat transfer coefficient of thermal insulation panel diminishes over 25% than that of rubber powder polyphenyl pellet exterior wall thermal insulation system on the basis of not increasing total thickness of exterior wall. The apparent density, compression strength and imperviousness of the thermal insulation panel reach or exceed the requirement of related index in JG 158-2004 "Thermal Insulation System Outside Rubber Powder Polyphenyl Pellet Exterior Wall". The composite thermal insulation panel also simplifies the construction process.
