| 摘 要： | 测定了3种有色茧的丝胶含量,探讨了2种有色茧的丝胶溶解特性。结果表明,3种有色茧的丝胶含量均高于生产用白种茧,外层丝胶含量最高。丝胶的溶解特性如同白茧,最先溶解的是易溶性丝胶,依次是较难溶性丝胶和难溶性丝胶。可用3区描述丝胶溶解特性曲线:线形区、混合区、零区。丝胶相对溶解量能较好地反应脱胶和精练中丝胶溶解的实际情况,建议在描述丝胶溶解特性等方面采用。

| Abstract: | The sericin contents of three kinds of colored cocoons were determined, and the dissolving characteristics of sericin of two kinds of them were discussed. The sericin content of the colored cocoon is higher than that of white popular cocoons, and the outer layer of the cocoon has the highest content of sericin. The sericin dissolving characteristic is similar to the white cocoon; the order of sericin dissolving is the easy soluble sericin, then little difficult soluble one, and then the difficult soluble one. The dissolving characteristic curve can be depicted to 3 areas: linear area, mixing zone, zero area. The relative dissolved quantity of sericin can show the actual situation of sericin dissolving, suggesting using it to describe the dissolving properties of sericin. |
