摘    要:为保证工程质量,对陶岔渠首枢纽工程开展了混凝土施工防裂专题研究。在室内实验和现场原型试验反演分析获取参数的基础上,通过多工况混凝土温度和应力等的仿真计算,结合现场实际情况,分阶段分坝段提出科学合理的混凝土防裂方案,工程严格按照混凝土防裂方案予以实施。主体工程大坝已于2012年9月封顶,截止目前主体结构混凝土未出现深层和贯穿性结构裂缝,防裂效果良好。

Abstract:In order to ensure pivotal project quality of Taocha canal headwork, the paper carried out a monographic study on concrete anti-cracking during the process of construction.On the basis of numerous indoors and construction site experiments, through the emulation calculations to different concrete temperatures and stresses at different construction sites, according to the actual situation of the worksite,it put forward a reasonable and scientific scheme of concrete anti-cracking for different dams at different construction periods. The project was strictly carried out according to the concrete anti-cracking scheme. The principal part of the dam was built up in September, 2012. Up to now, there is neither deep-fractured nor penetrable crack in concrete of the principal structure part. The anti-cracking effect is good.
