摘    要:通过对新疆和田地区近40年来气象与水文要素资料的研究分析,表明和田地区年平均气温呈上升趋势;同时和田河流域的降水量也呈增加趋势;平均相对湿度呈下降趋势;日照时数呈不明显的增加趋势;蒸发深总体呈减小趋势。和田地区气候变化对农业水利工程的影响有利也有弊,应该合理规划农业水利工程,在保障安全的前提下较好地发挥其作用。

Abstract:The research on meteorological and hydrological elements data of Hotan prefecture in Xinjiang nearly 40 years shows that the annual average temperature in Hotan prefecture is on the rise; while the precipitation in Hotan River basin presents increasing trend; the average relative humidity presents decreasing trend and the increasing trend of sunshine hours is inapparent, the evaporation capacity is on the decline. The impact of climate change in Hotan prefecture on engineering of farmland water conservancy has advantages and disadvantages. The projects of farml and water conservancy should be reasonable planned so that they can better play role under the premise of ensuring safety.
