聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗冻和抗盐冻耐久性研究

摘    要:在我国北方和沿海地区冬季混凝土因遭受低温和除冰盐侵蚀发生严重破坏,造成了巨大的损失。为改善此类混凝土的耐久性不足问题,工程中经常采用添加外加剂来提高混凝土性能。在此通过对聚丙烯纤维混凝土进行水冻和盐冻循环试验来研究其耐久性能,从而建立冻融循环的损伤模型,最终得出聚丙烯纤维的加入能提高混凝土的抗冻性和抗盐冻性的结论。

Abstract:The concrete structure suffers serious damage from hypothermia and de-icing salt erosion in the northern and coastal areas of China,which causes tremendous loss. In order to improve the durability of concrete, additives are offen used in engineering so as to enhance the function of concrete. The water freezing cycle and salt-freezing cycle test of polypropylene fiber concrete ware carried out to study its resistance and so as to set up the damage model of freeze-thaw cycle. Eventually, it concluded that the addition of polypropylene fiber improves frost and salt-frost resistance of concrete.
