聚酯纤维的水解动力学研究

摘    要:在表面反应机理基础上,建立了描述聚酯纤维在碱溶液中水解动力学方程。结合动力学方程和扫描电镜观察情况,探讨了水溶性聚酯(WSPET)的水解机理。结果表明,聚酯纤维的水解是在纤维表面进行的,水解速率与纤维的表面积和OH-离子浓度成正比。

STUDY ON BASIC HYDROLYSIS OF POLYESTER FIBERS
Abstract:ased on the mechanism of surface reaction, the kinetic equation of basic hydrolysis of polyester fibers was obtained. The results indicated that the rate of hydrolysis was proportional to the surface area of the fiber and the concentration of OH-. According to the experiment of electronic microscope,the mechanism of basic hydrolysis of WSPET was discussed.The equation obtained could be used as the reference in PET production.
