摘    要:采用半固态挤压成形技术制备了Al-17Si-5Fe-3Mn-4Cu-1Mg(质量分数,%)合金。利用金相显微镜分析了合金铸态、电磁搅拌态、挤压态的组织。用电子万能试验机对挤压态合金的力学性能进行测量。试验结果表明:经过半固态挤压后,合金组织发生了明显细化,第二相长度和厚度减小,同时尖角发生钝化,且分布较均匀,力学性能比铸态提高了117.4%。

Abstract:This paper has made Al-17Si-5Fe-3Mn-4Cu-1Mg alloy stick sample by semi-solid process.Metallography microscope was used to analyze structure of casting?electromagnetic stirring and extruding.Electronic universal lathe was used to measure mechanics properties of extruded alloy.Results show that after extrusion,the structure of alloy becomes obvious thinner than that of casting and electromagnetic stirring,the length and thickness of the second phase decreased,rich iron appears passivity,gets obvious fine and distribution becomes more homogeneous,tensile strength increases 117.4% compared with that of the casting alloys.
