AZ91D镁合金表面电弧喷涂铝锌涂层组织的研究

摘    要:为了提高AZ91D镁合金的耐腐蚀性能和表面硬度,用电弧喷涂的方法在镁合金表面形成铝锌防护层,并结合扫描电镜和能谱对涂层的组织进行了观察及分析.结果表明,涂层由铝锌两相的机械混合物构成.涂层与基体结合良好,具有较高的显微硬度和较好的抗腐蚀性能.

Abstract:In order to improve the corrosion resistance and micro hardness of AZ91D magnesium, a protecting aluminum and zinc coating on the magnesium alloy surface is obtained by electro-arc spraying. The coating structure has been observed and analyzed with SEM. The result shows that the coating is made up of the mechanical mixture of aiuminum and zinc. The coating combines with the base very well, and it has higher microhardness and the resistance corrosion of magnesium is improved greatly.
