直升机应急着水浮囊实验单元刚柔耦合动力学分析

摘    要:根据直升机应急着水浮囊着水试验要求,以ADAMS及ANSYS为支撑软件,建立了实验单元的刚柔耦合模型。介绍了从ANSYS软件向ADAMS软件中导入模态中性文件的一些相关技巧。列出模型运载小车的驱动函数方程,对实验单元总体样机进行动力学分析,得到导轨最大位移点在竖直方向的振动位移曲线,计算了小车运行时自重的最大动载荷系数,初步探讨了实验单元的可靠性。研究为实验装置的进一步的结构改进与优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this study,a rigid-flexible coupling model is established for experimentation unit of helicopter emergency floatation bags based on ADAMS and ANSYS according to helicopter emergency dipping water test requirements. A number of related techniques of importing modal neutral file from ANSYS to ADAMS are described. Then we have a dynamics analysis on virtual prototype of exerimentation unit and obtain the vertical vibration displacement curve of the maximum displacement point of rail. The results provide a theoretical basis for further improvement and optimization of experimentation element and lay a certain foundation for the experimentation of Helicopter emergency floatation bags.
