| 摘 要： | Pro/E在机械结构分析中应用.以Mechanica模块解决单目标多变量约束的变截面悬臂梁外状优化.即先构造梁的模型,定义测量点、施加约束及载荷、选择模型材料、建立静态分析任务等步骤对模型进行静态分析.再通过定义设计参数、局部/全局灵敏度分析,最后完成优化设计分析,确定满足优化目标的模型.

| Abstract: | The Pro/E was applicated in mechanical structure analysis.The Mechanica model was adopted to solve the optimization of variable section beam in multi-variation restraint of single aim.Firstly,for static analysis of the model,the beam model was constructed,the measure points were defined,the constraint and load were realized,the module materials were selected,and the static analysis task was built.Through defining the design parameters and analyzing the local/global sensitivity,at last the optimization analysis was achieved to ensure the optimization aim model. |
