苏里格气田远控紧急截断阀与电磁阀研究

苏里格气田采用井下节流工艺,当井下节流失效、采气管线发生破裂等超欠压事故发生时,需要迅速截断井口气源,防止下游管线超压或天然气的大量泄露;苏里格气田气井数越来越多现场需要对气井进行远程开关操作以减少人员用工。苏里格气田井口目前使用远控紧急截断阀和电磁阀,这两种阀门具有远程开关和紧急截断气井的功能,本文分别总结归纳了两种阀门的远程开关和紧急截断的工作原理,归纳分析了两种阀门的功能特点,对现场应用情况和起到的作用进行了介绍。远控紧急截断阀和电磁阀的使用,为气井的安全和远程开关井提供了保障和技术支持。

Research and Using in the Sulige Gas Field of remote control and Emergency cut off valve solenoid valve

Downhole throttling process is used in Sulige gas field,when the downhole throttle failure,rupture of gas pipelines and other super-voltage,the accident occurred,wells need to quickly cut off the tone source,to prevent overpressure or natural gas pipelines downstream of a large number of leaks.In addition,Increasing number of gas wells in Sulige gas field,on-site gas wells need to be remote switched to reduce personal employment.Wells in Sulige gas field are currently using remote control emergency cut off valves and solenoid valves,both of the valve with functions of remote switching and emergency cut off gas.This paper describes working principle the two kinds of valve remote switch and emergency cut off,analysis of two kinds of valves features,on-site applications and the role are introduced.Using of Remote control emergency cut off valves and solenoid valves is provided security and technical support for the safety of gas wells and remote switches.
